Once our information was entered (we may or may not have fibbed a little), a screen popped up that asked us to enter an artist, the city to which we'd travel to see that artist, and it asked us to pick the amount we'd pay and how many tickets. From there it asks you to log into your Facebook account from the app to create buzz around that artist. Honestly, we weren't too keen on entering our Facebook info through the app, but we played along and entered our info. We were asked to provide our personal email address, birth date, access to our photos and all the other info we have in our Facebook account. We realize that it's a social world, so you can't expect too much privacy when it comes to these types of things, but this was more information than we wanted to give so we declined. We found Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver an unnecessary step in an oversaturated social market. Save what privacy you have left and skip this app. It's unlikely you've spent much time online in the age of Facebook and Twitter memes without seeing at least one motivational or "demotivational" poster. You know the type -- an image framed in black, usually with a single word beneath the image and perhaps a caption that explains it. It might be a fireman coming out of a burning building with the title "Courage" or, if snarky, a cat standing up to a dog at dinnertime. These are
fun, and a chance to be incredibly creative, so if you're interested in making your own, Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver is a great app. This free app has a very basic set of features. Turn the app on and either enter the URL of an image or load one from your phone's library. You can then add a title to the image and a caption. Tap the save button and it will be exported as an image in the style of the famous motivational (or demotivational) posters. While the app name insinuates jokes will be told, they
don't have to be. You can just as easily use the app to create powerful messages or highlight amazing events you've been through, posting them to your social-media accounts to share. Or you can save them for yourself as reminders of things you want to do in your life. Functionality beyond creating the basic images is limited, but Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver works well, and exports and shares rapidly. If you are eager to start creating your own motivational poster-style images, Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver is a simple, free, and easy-to-use app that will do just that. Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver is the newest in a long line of iOS tools designed to streamline transfer of files among your iOS devices and computers or laptops. Unlike some others, however, Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver is attractive and works more or less on autopilot. There are clients available on multiple devices to make it as easy as possible to install and move files between versions of the app. The first time you open Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver, you'll be greeted with a screen explaining exactly what the app does as it automatically starts searching for compatible devices. All you need to do is be on the same Wi-Fi network as another device that is also running Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver (clients work on iPhones, iPads, Macs, and PCs). Send files between versions of the app and they immediately appear in your inbox where you can open them, move them, or send them to someone else using the same app. You can copy and paste text and links to other users, move your photos from the library, or send photos directly from the camera app. There are many apps in the App Store that offer the same functionality as Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver, but few do it in such an attractive, easy-to-use package. Compatible with any device for which Avasoft has created an app, Ubiquiti Wifistation Driver is the best free option currently available for either the iPad or the iPhone to transfer files, photos, or text between devices. It is a perfect companion to your Mail and Messages apps and a great way to enhance the functionality of your device. Rainbo
